Refund Policy for AB Global Consultant
At AB Global Consultant, we strive to provide the best consultancy services to meet your educational needs. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may reconsider your decision to book an appointment. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- You are eligible for a refund if you change your mind and decide not to book an appointment after paying for our services.
- Refund requests must be made before an appointment is booked and confirmed.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
- To receive a refund, you must notify us within 2 days after the payment has been made, and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Refund requests made after an appointment has been confirmed or within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at info@abglobalconsultant.com with your payment details and reason for cancellation.
- Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be issued for services already provided or once the appointment has been booked and confirmed.
- If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation, the service fee will not be refunded.
